I would like to give ZERO stars. I showed up for my appointment 10 minutes early and was stood up. I waited 40 minutes, I called and texted the phone number and never received a call back. I was so looking forward to a treatment today. Very disappointed.

Worst Spa Experience Ever! Stay Far Away! The owner had a horrid cold and cough. She should not have been giving facials while sick. She was not wearing a mask. The “spa” is not clean.

Terrible experience at Spa Beleza. The facialist/owner was obviously very sick with a deep cough and could hardly speak. When I told her how uncomfortable I was- particularly with the fact that she wasn't even wearing a mask- she said it was allergies. There is no possible way her congested cough and inability to speak was allergies, but regardless she should not have made me feel horrible for feeling like I couldn't stay and get sick from her. She made me pay the full price of the service - $200- when I told her I was sorry that I am immune compromised and cannot risk it. I gave her $200 cash so I didn't have to wait for her to run my card and risk getting her illness. Thankfullly, I was wearing a medical mask. Spa Beleza has turned me off of ever trying to get a facial again and I used to love them. I would look elsewhere for a safe and relaxing spa experience.
