I went to the new owner of grooming by Debbie and was thrilled with the experience. Not only is she one of the few people that will groom my giant fluffy dog but she was excited to meet her! I have a dog with multiple issues and she reassured me that she treats dogs like her own and did such an amazing job at grooming my Alaskan malamute! She got me in with in a week (even around the holidays!) agreed to do a medicated bath (I brought the shampoo I wanted) and did a great job getting the undercoat blown out. And only took a few hours! Wasn’t sure at first given the exterior of the building, but my digs were treated well, groomed right and the team here even went the extra mile to spot and remove some cheatgrass that had got caught in their fur. Really appreciated all they did.
VERY dissatisfied, I brush my havapoo daily if not twice and he has baths on a regular basis with brush outs. Debbie decided he was matted with out touching him! I told her explicitly I didn't not want him shaved. Not only did she shave and trim face she did tail! My folks at boarding were shocked as they care for him daily. He has to wear a sweater. She is rude and unprofessional, she should have called me and asked me what I wanted to do rather leaving him mutilated! Terrible experience. Terrible groomer with a bad attitude. We need more groomers and choices.
