Makes mistakes on simple requests and then charges you to fix them. Ignores requests for weeks. Does something completely different from your request or does not complete the request. Does not keep you updated on work performed or changes made. Make the right choice and choose a different IT services company.

I'm fairly technically proficient so I rarely seek the services of a consultant like LazoTEK, but we had a problem with a modem/router at our vacation unit and because we live far away I wasn't able to look into it directly. We asked Sterling at LazoTEK to check it out. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it, called us about our options, and then replaced the aging unit (at our own request -- no hard sell) and then reactivated our internet service all within an afternoon. He was competent, efficient, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly at all stages of the process. We would trust LazoTEK implicitly with any future tech troubles.
