I utilized Conrad Brothers to complete the build of my condo in Ketchum, Idaho. I was impressed with the quality of the build, workmanship and timely manner in which everything was completed. Furthermore, the site superintendent for the entire building was Michael Guidoli whom which I had open and responsive communications throughout the process. A few minor flaws (as expected) were rectified with excellent customer service. Good company, good people. I recommend!

I have been completely satisfied with the work Conrad Brothers did to restore my condominium in a building that had been destroyed in a fire. They worked with the HOA board to keep the cost within the limits of our fire insurance and their on-site management was knowledgeable and responsive. I recommend them highly.

Conrad Brothers did the rebuild on Limelight Condominiums in Ketchum, Idaho after a fire destroyed the building in 2022. Paul Conrad was the only contractor who was willing to do the rebuild. Conrad Brothers was an amazing contractor to work with. They agreed to build the core and shell and they finished out 17 of the 26 units that were destroyed. We were underinsured and they worked with us on saving costs any and every way possible. The project manager was a young man by the name of Michael Guidoli who couldn't have been easier to work with.
