So grateful to Marco and his calm and patient demeanor when my suburban broke down on the side of I-84 about 3 miles from his shop. He answered my call and said he had time to see my vehicle and make a diagnosis for me that day. When the tow truck got us there, he made a quick diagnosis and even though he couldn’t fix it right then, he didn’t mind me leaving my suburban there until I could have my husband come and pick it up that evening. He even gave me his cell number so I could call him with any questions and to let him know when my husband would be there that night to pick up my vehicle. Everyone at Hazelton Repair has your best interest at heart. They are going to get you vehicle fixed. They don't throw parts at a vehicle until it's fixed. They take the time to figure what is wrong and fix it, in a timely manner. This is a mom and pop mechanic shop, that owned and operated by amazing people. I have full confidence anytime I take my truck to this crew that they are gonna fix any problem! I highly recommend this mechanic shop!
