So grateful to Marco and his calm and patient demeanor when my suburban broke down on the side of I-84 about 3 miles from his shop. He answered my call and said he had time to see my vehicle and make a diagnosis for me that day. When the tow truck got us there, he made a quick diagnosis and even though he couldn’t fix it right then, he didn’t mind me leaving my suburban there until I could have my husband come and pick it up that evening.
