Took my sick golden retriever in and we ended up having to put him down. The whole process felt rushed and not respected. We were losing our best friend and it was a difficult time. They just did it on the floor and didn’t even allow him on a bed or up on a table for it to be more comfortable for him or our family.

We took our 5 month old puppy here as new clients, the staff was very friendly when we arrived and kept us updated about our appointment. Wait time wasn’t bad at all! Doctor and the technicians were helpful answering our questions and giving us tips or suggestions. I like the location as well as how clean the building was, other customers were very friendly and complimented our puppy, I would highly recommend this Clinic to anyone if you’re looking for top tier service!

We brought our cat Lucy to Mountain View from the CDA emergency vet. She was in horrible condition and emergency room couldn't help her as soon as we got there they moved quickly and got her in the back, labs and IV, done in 15min. After being at the emergency vet for 3hrs. It was a relief. They even informed their other clients it could be a little longer because they had a critical condition come in. Lucy was still in bad conditionbut. They kept her for the day making sure She had fluids and antibiotics. Lucy is now home doing well.
