Dr Ryder has always gone above and beyond in helping my dogs in the most caring and natural way always doing what’s best for the animal first and has taken much time being careful and thorough. She has a great heart and she is a fantastic vet!
I can't speak highly enough about the staff at Mountainview Veterinary. We had left Spokane Valley veterinary because they were forcing us to drug our dog whenever we came in and then they would drag her by the leash into a backroom leaving me in tears because I'm supposed to protect her. Anyways, we found Mountainview veterinary who actually listened to me and together we came up with a way to do things that left everyone involved, as good or better than we came with.
This was my very first experience with Mountain View as our puppy doesn’t have his first appointment with them until later this month. However, when we had an emergency with our boy, they did not hesitate to see him! Every experience I had with the employees and the Doctor there were nothing short of calming and incredibly kind! When we picked our puppy back up, he was his normal, spunky self ready to tear up the town! They even followed up the next day to see how he was doing. I am forever grateful for Mountain View being so willing to take care of him, and have every confidence that we chose the right veterinary clinic for our boy!
