This week, I took my German Shepherd, Gus, to see Dr. Porter for the first time. Gus has had back pain for 3 years after an injury playing ball. We have treated him with medications and chiropractics during flare ups, but we didn't know of any treatment to actually fix him, just bandaids to help when it flares up after playing too hard. Dr. Porter was able to diagnose Gus within a few minutes of hearing the mechanism of injury and reviewing his xrays taken by his primary veterinarian. Been bringing my Labrador here since 2021 to originally treat a knee injury that healed without surgery thanks to Dr Porter and her team rehabbing him so excellently. I've continued with maintenance visits every 4-6 wks since then as the chiropractic, layering, aquatic treadmill and physical therapy exercises keep our pup strong and sound. Terrific team of caring humans who treat your pet and you as important and appreciated.

I took my dog in for her first appointment today, and I can't say enough good things about Springwater Veterinary Services. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made both my dog and me feel at ease. Dr. Porter was outstanding—she genuinely listened to all my concerns, patiently answered my many questions, and handled my energetic, squirmy girl with care. It's clear that everyone at Springwater is passionate about what they do, and I’m so glad we chose them for our rehab needs. Highly recommend!
