Mitch called me about the scheduling I had done online and showing up on time ready to work. I had area rugs done this time and will call him again to do my carpeted rooms. Mitch and Coby were pleasant, professional, and fast. My rugs look great! A+
Micah did an exceptional job and was even able to do more than I had booked him for. Originally booked to have two showers steam cleaned and sealed. When he was here we discussed my carpets and he was able to get those done while he was here too. Thanks Micah!
Great service and results with my heavy wool area rugs! I made appointment online, which was easy and convenient, and received calls beforehand to confirm. Mitch and Coby were on time, professional, efficient—and the results were excellent. Rugs were damp for only a few hours. I will reschedule with them for my other carpet and upholstery.
