What a wonderful experience I had with Jacqui yesterday evening for my first Reformer class. She was very motivating and helped me with my form. I felt welcomed when I walked into class not knowing anyone else in the room. I hadn't worked out in 2 months and felt just a little sore the following day so Reformer 1 was a fine choice as a beginner! I have already schedule my second and third class! I highly recommend this team for my pilates and yoga classes.

My team and I stopped by to get some stretching and yoga in while in Hailey. Gabriel (I hope I spelled it right!) was so patient and upbeat. We all have different levels of mobility, flexibility, and yoga experience but she took us through the movements in such a clear and concise way that we could all relax and clear our minds and refresh our bodies! She was amazing and we loved the time we spent here. I would definitely recommend to anyone driving through or living in the area!

Best Pilates experience I have ever had. Jaqui is a very knowledgeable instructor and challenges me at each class. I highly recommend her for her professional, knowledgeable and fun approach to pilates.
