“I’m new to Pilates and feel very comfortable in this studio. Everyone so friendly. The instructors are very competent and instructional. I’ve only taken 2 classes so far and I can tell this is just what my mind and body needs. Looking forward to trying all the different classes they have to offer.”
“Ida Yoga is pure magic in motion. I took a hot yoga class led by the owner, and it was fan-freaking-tastic. Her guidance, her presence, her flow—everything about the experience dropped me fully into my body and out of my head. It was grounding, empowering, and incredibly nourishing.
I also took a breathwork class that was nothing short of outstanding. The space held was intentional and sacred, allowing me to move energy, emotions, and tension that had been lingering beneath the surface. Full-on vibes—soulful, expansive, and deeply aligned.
This studio is a gem in the heart of Hailey. Whether you’re local or just passing through, don’t miss this space to reconnect with yourself.”
