Lauren is excellent at bodywork. I always look forward to my bodywork appointments. She has excellent communication which makes my experience great. The atmosphere is comforting and relaxing. I highly recommend her.

Hands-down Lauren is one of the best I've been to. Her extremely deep, extensive knowledge of the human body, connective, tissues, muscles, etc. is astonishing. I find her massages to be both incredibly relaxing and energizing at the same time if that makes sense. When she's working on you, she truly is giving 110% and focusing on your body and how to make you feel your very best.

Lauren has been able to taken my broken and battered body and turn it into a functioning one. I didn’t think I would ever have the majority of my functionally back. I’m able to do things I haven’t been able to do for 30 years at least. She is an absolute gem, as both my wife and I can attest to. She goes at your pace and listens to you and your body and we are blessed to have found her. She is now a lifetime friend. Thank you sooooooooo much.
