I wish I could give this company a 10 star review! My elderly parents live in Hailey and I'm visiting for the week. We had an emergency with his water heater not venting properly and leaking CO2. We drove to their shop (because dad insists on scheduling in person :) and they literally dropped everything. Ruben Jr. followed us back to dads house immediately. Ruben and his co-worker installed the new venting in less than an hour, and made sure their were no clogs. They were wonderful communicating with and reassuring my dad. I am so incredibly grateful to know that this company is nearby and available to help when I'm so far away. Thank you High Country Heating!!!

Dave at High Country gets an A+. He made sure to come out same day to fix the furnace on short notice. His professionalism and expertise were impeccable and he wasn't gonna leave till he resolved the issue. I rarely recommend people but he is Excellent. Don't call anyone else until you try High Country Heating first.

This is a customer service rave. This is a review that can let you know how awesome their staff was when they were asked for something a little outside the norm. We bought a $500 AC unit. Super hot outside and inside, we have a vent... It doesn't fit. It's a Friday, everybody is gonna close soon. Already went to one place, they couldn't help. Take a stab at calling a professional business, maybe today is lucky. When you hear those wonderful words: "yeah we have that," and "I'll stay open a little later to help you out."
