I have had a few small issues with my heat pump over the last few years and Quality has always been my go to for repair and service. They have always provided very timely and professional service. Ashley, Cody and Kyle have all been great to work with and they will continue to be my go to people for my HVAC needs.
Patty showed up on time and immediately found the problem and repaired it. Then she did a thorough check on everything. Explained everything to me. It's quiet as a mouse and working perfectly. It was buzzing loudly before just started doing that. But it is working great now.
Upon moving to Riggins, I contacted our local HVAC company to service the system in our newly purchased home. After repeatadlybeing ignored, I was directed to Quality Heating in Grangeville. At this time I was wanting to replace a wood stove insert with a propane fireplace unit. Thus began my relationship with Quality Heating. Erin, Bless Her, is a Sterling example of what customer service is supposed to be. Co-owner, Robert, also understands the principals of Customer Service.
