Excellent customer service!Adair took all the necessary steps to keep me and my family safe. Everything was sanitized and proper precautions were taken. These extra steps in no way took away from the overall experience. Adair guided me through the entire process of finding a new pair of eyeglasses. She even gave recommendations on styles,lenses, frames and fit. Highly recommended.

I had called on a Saturday morning to schedule a colored contact lens appointment for my birthday. The receptionist actually got me an appointment for a half hour from when I called. I was very pleased with the quickness of that. When I came in, I was greeted quickly and I immediately felt very welcome. I think it was Laura who helped me with my paperwork and while she was putting my info in the computer, I was able to go quickly buy a bottle of water before I went back.She did the pre-tests with me and was very nice and clear in her instructions and then I went in to wait for Dr. Luke Randall.
