I highly recommend Dr Sara Jo and all the staff at NHD. I have been working with her to balance my hormones and to optimize my health and they have always been patient, kind, understanding and it was the first time I felt heard about the symptoms I had been experiencing. I had been feeling run down and out of alignment in my body for more than two years and many doctors kept trying to prescribe birth control and anti depressants to bandaid my symptoms. Dr Sara Jo took me in and listened with her heart and within minutes I began to feel better just because I wasn’t being gaslit anymore.
