This is my new go-to salon and spa! It was a fantastic experience; they booked me with short notice and got me in. When I walked in I was greeted by their stylist Christina, and one of their estheticans Zoë. They were both kind and welcoming. I had an amazing experience with Christina doing my hair. It wasn't just the amazing results, it was the care that she took to really consider my hair's history, assess its current health, and also giving me at-home care advice to not just achieve the look I wanted, but also how to maintain it and improve the health of my hair afterwards. She had a very professional and friendly attitude. and I enjoyed being her client. I didn't get any facials done, but I thoroughly enjoyed talking to Zoë during my appointment, and we discussed skincare routines and I learned some interesting things; she sounds very knowledgeable as well and I am going to be setting up an appointment with her! As soon as I pay for a membership with them any way, which by the way they have great membership packages! Very affordable and quality care. And I got a discount since it was my first visit, and I got a little goodie bag as well! Loved the whole experience.
