I was last minute calling, to have a special area rug my son brought from England. They came next day picked it up brought it back 3 days later looking beautiful. I was nervous about letting anyone leave my residence with my special rug, but so happy I did. Thanks guys.
WOW! The only reason I am giving 5 stars is that there are not 10 stars here that I can give! Not only is our previously disgusting carpet now UNBELIEVABLY CLEAN, there were no hidden charges or extra this-and-thats to drive the price up. He saw and smelled what needed to be done, did EVERYTHING that needed to be done, packed it all up, charged me exactly what I had been quoted and left with everyone smiling!
Not only do I highly recommend Quality Carpet Care, I will be calling them again in the spring--or maybe sooner. There are now about 13 cats that know about our three cat doors and our willingness to feed them, and they are a far cry from being tidy or polite...read full review
