Brandon was great to work with. And Matthew and Oscar who were out to the house many times were very polite and were able to answer all of the questions that I had. The time it took for completion was logical and expected.
I recommend their whole team.
Brandon Smith was a very professional when he went out to my mom’s house to provide services. My mom is Spanish dominant and he was able to communicate with her and was patient with her understanding what was being explained to her. He made sure before he left to answer all her questions and leave her at ease with the disaster she was dealing with. Thank you Brandon!!!
We called disaster response to look at our floor to determine if there was water damage and to what extent. Fabian was very personable and friendly When I called. He got Brandon to come the same day. Brandon was very efficient and straight forward. This is one of the few companies who have made me feel assured and not try to get one over on us. Thank you for being timely, efficient, honest, and personable. I will use this company only from here on out.
