These folks are great! I have used them for my rental property for a couple of years now. They are super responsive, get out to you as soon as possible and have very fair prices. This is the best in northern Utah!
Joe at Mr Cool has helped us a couple times and has been very knowledgeable and helpful! Our furnace wasn’t working and he came out with in the day both times to get it fixed. Also the secretary Shay was very friendly and responded immediately. Definitely recommend Mr Cool!
We had an emergency issue in the middle of a freezing Winter in Cache Valley, with our furnace turning off multiple times. Joe from Mr. Cool came over and fixed the issue. He was professional, helpful, and took extra time to explain HVAC maintenance and how the system works. (We're new homeowners, so it was all REALLY helpful.) Really loved the experience, and plan to call them for service in the future.
