Valley pump did some fairly extensive well repair for my parents 18 months ago. They were very fair and made sure the repairs only replaced what was needed but did it right. Fast forward to this past weekend and my widowed mom lost water pressure on a Saturday. She called and they immediately responded with the office manager and owner calling her back on a Saturday and guiding her through a pump and breaker reset...which worked. They could have insisted and charged for a service visit like most companies would have. It was free...on their weekend. I came in for a new Rainbird 5000 sprinkler head. Not only did they have the part, but went over and above to explain the various adjustments and parts. Whoever that gal was behind the counter, kudos to you! Everything is working perfectly now . Thanks!!!

Valley Pump has been maintaining (and eventually replacing) our well equipment for nearly 20 years. We started out with another company that the previous owners of our acreage had used, but received frankly lousy, slapdash service. The old-timers we know recommended Valley Pump. We have not been disappointed. They have been consistently responsive to our emergency calls, and our emergency calls have certainly diminished since they took charge. I always recommend Valley Pump whenever someone is looking for help with their well equipment. Our latest emergency was on a Friday night around 7 PM and they had it repaired that night.
