I called Valley Pump & Equipment after an electrical storm damaged variable speed pump controller on our irrigation system. I gave the receptionist the information for our well, controller, and pump.
Even though all their crews were all out on jobs that day, they still managed to work us in for a repair the same day. Upon arrival they quickly confirmed the controller was damaged. All the information I gave the receptionist was communicated correctly to the service technicians and they came fully prepared with all the necessary replacement parts.

They were great! Called today as my pump for my well quit. and they sent technicians out the same day. Wyatt and Travis did an amazing job! Within 2and a half hours they replaced my pump, motor and tank. Can't thank them enough.
Can not give them enough stars! Our water pump was 20 years old and 2 days ago it gave up the ghost. We had no running water in our home. We called one of the big name companies who sent a guy out to our place, he did zero diagnostics, didn't know what he was talking about, and of course his solution was that we had to replace the entire system. The quote for us was $3,500 just to start with. He didn't have all the parts so he said he would come back the next day to do the job. That night we spoke with some friends who recommended Valley pump and equipment.
