I have had the pleasure of being a subcontractor for Riteway for almost 7 years now. I have worked with dozens of builders around the valley in my 20 years of being in business. Riteway, Darin, and his team are the exception! Start to finish no detail is overlooked. They take great care in what they do. They are great home builders because they love what they do. Most builders I have worked with (not all) are strictly “meet schedule” “get it done!” Just so they can sign and get paid. Doing that can cause quality to suffer. Don’t get me wrong, Riteway maintains a great building schedule but also takes the time to make sure it’s done with the best possible quality. I appreciate and enjoy working for Riteway.
