highly recommend Dr Christensen and his partner. highly knowledgeable and always giving you all of your options when you have a situation. entire staff is great. called twice with an urgent matter they got me in on the same day.
Extremely disappointed in the front office staff (and even this is an understatement). I called to straighten out an insurance issue for my spouse. I was met with accusations and finger pointing. Stacey, the front office staff, then hung up on me. My calls were screened and not taken when I called back. An abrupt text message from the dental group to my husband was sent with no valuable information to resolve the issue. Needless to say we will be switching to another office, but I hope that the dental group is aware of how patient's are being treated and spoken to by Stacey. The correspondence is not only unprofessional but rude and uncalled for. My spouse had the same experience and a similar response from Stacey while at his appointment. It seems like a repetitive issue on their part that needs to be resolved.
