poor organization. The girls here are terrible planners... we had appointments for mani pedi's and, they looked shocked when we arrived... they already had patrons, so they had to improvise... and they did a poor job at that. We told them we had to be done no later than 2 hrs... It took 2 hrs for my wife... and that was rushed for them... I got a half a$$ed mani.. with cold water in a condiment dipping bowl, and was skipped over altogether for a pedi... in place of a walk in... they kept running to answer the phones... telling you one thing, but doing another. Never again. there are a few other places in town, and we went to get our hair cuts elsewhere, thank God.... read full review
