This place is great. The Physical therapist Emilia has been a huge help to me. About every 2 years I seem to get hurt and she gets me back in shape quickly after a thorough evaluation of the injury. You will be glad you worked with her.

Really appreciate a gym that sells day passes as I travel a lot during the winter. High Peaks has all the basics and was never too busy to use what I wanted when I wanted. Lovely staff and kind folks there for PT. Looking forward to stopping in a free times again next winter.
