I first came here when I was living in Jackson after my dog had a late-night emergency and they happened to be the on-call clinic. They were so kind, calm, and incredibly skilled that I decided to make them my regular veterinarian for all of her care.
Over the past year, they have been there for us time and time again. In the area for a few months and had some issues with my cats. They took them both in immediately. After surgery, they are texting and calling for updates. I really appreciate the excellent work, but customer service was top notch as well. Thank you so much!
We brought our two remaining cats here for a full checkup to make sure they weren't at risk for what happened to their brother. The vet was straight forward about what tests we should do and didn't try to upsell us. He also made sure our new girl had all the vaccines she needed and they chipped her. They also put in the extra care to move us to a different room than where they were going to place us originally because ✨trauma✨ No questions asked, no judgement.
