I'm an active 53 yr old with a career that has me mobile, winter and summer sports and the gym. After 50 began getting all sorts of achy or painful joints, muscles, tendons and semi regular mild injuries. It was crushing my active time and making my chill time uncomfortable. I call Bodywise the fountain of youth because it has dramatically changed the way my body feels in the day to day. I absolutely love this wellness spa! Amy and her staff are always incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about all of their services. They take the time to answer questions and help you choose the treatments that best fit your goals.

The tanning bed is excellent, the red light therapy (Celluma) is of the highest quality, and the BEMER therapy has become one of my favorite parts of my wellness routine. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and designed to help you feel your best.
