I was impressed from the beginning when calling for an appointment. The receptionist was polite and friendly. She called me a couple of days later to confirm the appointment and to let me know that I would get a phone call when the electricians were 20 minutes out. It happened like she said which was a good sign to me that VPC Electric was a company would follow through on what they said they would do. The electricians, Jake and Ron, were very professional and polite. They took the time to look into the cost and explain the different options of lighting and patiently demonstrated the several options of light strength from which we could choose. We were very pleased with their workmanship and their care to clean the work area before leaving. Thank you for sending these two young men our way. Just got to Spokane last Tuesday 7/8 and needed to have a receptacle replaced and a new light fixture installed. I called a couple of electrical companies for estimates and chose VPC Electric. They came out when they said they would.The price was fair. John was professional, conscientious, and cleaned up after his work. I also appreciated Mikki’s scheduling around my time schedule. I really felt John the electrician and Mikki the scheduler went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service . This is truly a five star company. I highly recommend them.
