⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough about Chrissy at Tansanity, LLC in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Life has been throwing me curveballs left and right lately. From my daughter's health scare to my dog's upcoming surgery, and even dealing with some personal challenges, it's been a lot. I missed my usual spray tanning appointment that I've been going to almost every week for years, and I was really looking forward to it after two weeks of waiting. I decided to give Tansanity a try since my sister (nieces mama) Sam, works there. Unfortunately, Sam wasn't working that day, so she texted Chrissy to let her know I was coming in and to help set up the machine for me. When I arrived, I was already frazzled and to top it off, I was confronted rudely by someone outside. Despite all this, Chrissy greeted me warmly. She hadn't received Sam's text yet, so she had no idea who I was or my situation. Yet, she didn't show a hint of frustration. Chrissy was in the middle of cleaning the machine for the end of the day but didn't hesitate for a second to put it back together just for me. She mentioned how busy her day had been, but you would never have known it from her demeanor. She took the time to play a video for me, walking me through each step patiently and thoroughly. Thanks to Chrissy's kindness and excellent guidance, I left with a stunning, glowing bronze tan that lifted my spirits immensely. She turned what could have been a terrible experience into a wonderful one. Chrissy's hospitality, patience, and sweetness made me feel like royalty. If you need a spray tan, or any type of tan (I hear their beds are also amazing)- do yourself a favor and visit Chrissy at Tansanity. Her exceptional customer service and genuine kindness are a testament to the good, kind people in this world. I can't wait to go back and see her again! ---
