We had an emergency with a broken pipe and water coming into our basement rooms, so called Rapid Response. They came quickly and put the heaters right on it, had a plan of action and talked us through everything. We appreciated their friendliness and job well done!! Roxy Kelly
Justin has been my point man for great floors on a few projects now. Not only does he provide top notch service but goes above and beyond by taking care of his clients. If only I could leave 10 stars for Rapid Response.
Justin and his crew, their subcontractors and everyone involved were very good. They do everything from the mitigation to the buildout which is very helpful. Justin also knows the insurance side of the projects and was extremely helpful in dealing with the adjuster and got more out of them than we could of. Hopefully we will never need them again but if we do I would not hesitate to call these guys! thank you all for the help!
