Best nail salon! T is so much fun and amazing at what she does. I had to leave halfway through my appointment for an emergency and she was super kind and understanding even though it was a huge inconvenience for her. She is so nice and funny. I've been coming to New Nails for almost 4yrs and absolutely LOVE them. T (the owner) is always super friendly. She is creative too! Many times I tell her to "work her magic" or "surprise me" and I'm always happy with her work. Most recently I was headed to the Daytona 500 and wanted fun racing nails. The attached picture is the result! Awesome!! I got a ton of compliments on them during my trip. All of her employees are equally friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend New Nails. Now excuse me while I go make my next appointment!

The nails are hit or miss, but the pedicures have always been good. I've only been 2 times and I haven't been 100% pleased with my acrylic sets. T (the owner) is really friendly and quirky, but sometimes she's super busy so she'll do the majority of your nail and then another technician takes over. I don't like this cause it loses continuity and if the 2nd tech doesn't do a good job, it doesn't matter how good T is. I've gotten dip + acrylic fills here. Both times I wasn't 100% happy with the shape or texture. I did speak up to fix it and they were nice about it. But after so many comments, it's like "ugh" and I feel annoying.
