First service on my '23 Explorer. All went as I had hoped. Greeted immediately by my service advisor, work order was already written up. Just needed to sign and wait for the vehicle to be serviced. Comfortable lounge, clean and well lit. My vehicle was completed earlier than I had been told. SUV was nice and clean upon delivery. Great experience.
Update: 08/15/24. Had a Customer Satisfaction Program update installed. Fixes to the Entertainment MMI. All went well, a safety check was performed, and the car was clean and ready when it should have been.
Update 10/14/24: Routine maintenance performed and the quality of service is still the best.
