John and Aaron have been absolute life-savers. Lake City was referred to us by another commercial property owner and they have been the best find. After exploring 5 other companies, John came in and sent us down the most cost-effective path without trying to upsell us, which was the general guidance we received. They have been so prompt and incredibly helpful. I cannot recommend John and Aaron enough.
The coldest week of the year our gas furnace decided not to stay on, and on the same day our gas fireplace wouldn't light. Our experience with Lake City Heating & Cooling was excellent from the first contact to the finished job. The person who answered the phone and scheduled us was professional and friendly and really showed concern that we had no heat. Later the same day a tech came and fixed the furnace for a reasonable price. He was able to get the fireplace going too but later that day it wouldn't come on again. Called very early on a Monday, had a Tech here within 20 minutes. Promptly diagnosed our water heater problem and fixed it! Very professional, friendly, responsive and tested the repair carefully to ensure performance. Everything we want in an HVAC company, thank you! This was the original install company from 10 yrs ago, first time we've had to call them.
