Just had my third eye exam/ annual appointment with Dr. Garn and he is wonderful every time! Always very kind and professional. The ladies at the front desk and at the glasses counter are also amazing. During my first exam almost 3 years ago, Dr. Garn found a diagnosis in my eyes every other optometrist missed before. The office is always very clean and organized too! I ordered new cute fancy prescription sunglasses, just gotta wait for them now! :) 11/10 recommend!
Acceptional team here at Irownwood Vision. I've been with Dr. Garn for about 20 years, he is hands down the best. Thorough, gentle and genuinely caring. Always a pleasure to see him and his staff. The environment is friendly...more like family. I can count on the ladies to help me choose the right frames for my face and not be afraid to say "maybe not the best choice" if I ask. First time patients to this office today. The front check in ladies were extremely friendly and fast. We waited maybe 7 minutes for Monica to take us back for the normal testing. She was very kind, patient and talkative to my 14 year old and myself. Next was on to the Doctor. He was so very thorough,explained things to my son so he could understand what he was looking at and the exercises he can do for his eyes. As a parent sitting in the corner observing he was professional and compassionate. On to Kayla for glasses and check out. Nice,funny professional and helped my boy pick out the perfect pair that he felt comfortable in. I will be making myself an appointment soon. I highly recommend this office and staff for 5 * care.
