A phenomenal experience every time! These guys really get it when it comes to customer service and make you feel like family. I have never felt so comfortable while being uncomfortable in the hot and cold. Relives pain instantly. Frees up stiff and achy joints. The energy balance and mental clarity for the rest of the day is wild. This is exactly the wake up call your body/mind needs. Immediately after I feel fully alive and well, ready to conquer the day. It impacts the rest of your day in ways you would not expect it to, perspective. If you want to have some life changing experiences, this place is it. Thank you HeatPraxia Family!

Started going to Heat Praxia about a year ago and have loved it! The atmosphere they provide is so welcoming and relaxing. There are so many benefits to sauna and cold plunge. My muscle recovery is faster, my headaches are better, I feel more energized and feel like on the days I go I sleep better. Anytime I am feeling under the weather I hit the sauna and instantly feel so much better. I highly recommend coming here!

If I could give this place more stars, I would. Over the last couple of months I have been researching my Finnish heritage, so it couldn't feel more serendipitous that I stumbled across a sauna in the traditional Finnish style... In Coeur d'Alane of all places.I absolutely loved it. The place was clean and well maintained. The sauna was hot and the cold tub was cold. I thought of a whole story idea in the sauna.The staff were absolutely wonderful and fun to talk to. They all seem to like working there and believe in the real health effects of the Finnish sauna.Absolutely 10/10. Could not recommend more. Had to get a shirt!
