I would give this branch 10 stars if I could. The customer service here is always above par. I have liked using this new branch that recently opened a few years ago. I am always greeted by smiling faces and asked if they can direct me to the correct window or location. Recently I dealt with a representative named Alicia Quaintance, and she went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of and that all of my queries were being handled. Thank you to Alicia and to that particular branch of Chase bank for handling my needs so efficiently.
