This individual claims to be licensed, but the State Board indicates that he is not registered or licensed at this time with them. BE WARNED. Do not do business with Hafner. He is unreliable, negligent, careless, and treats senior citizens extremely abjectly. He was retained to install a fence/gate in the front of my house. He purchased 12 bags of concrete (using my card), and dug 6 holes. Since I was still awaiting delivery of the vinyl materials, and the poor weather expected, that was where he stopped. Two weeks later, Sprinklers Northwest came to turn on my sprinklers and to inspect the lines. They discovered that Hafner had busted one of my water lines, AND NEVER... read full review
