We needed an empty house cleaned before we put it up for rent. We ask for a walk- through to get an idea of how much it was going to cost. Casey set up an appointment with us right away, and gave us an on the spot quote after the walk- through. When we looked at the house when his crew was done, it was clean and fresh. The shower and sink sparkled. The baseboards and ceiling fans were spotless. The price of the job was as quoted in the walk-through.
