No nonsense, Dave fixed me overnight with one adjustment. All dramatics aside, I have a very active lifestyle and I lift heavy weights in the gym 5-6 days a week. For two months straight I couldn’t squat/lunge AT ALL without terrible pain in my right leg/buttocks. The pain wasn’t subsiding no matter what I did. First Care was recommended to me by my fellow gym mates. I saw Dave, he informed me my right hip was heavily locked up/uneven from many heavy lifting sessions, he adjusted me, and I’m being dead serious when I say I was able to lift regularly the next day after months of having to modify every single workout I did. Strongly recommend. Getting in for an adjustment was seamless and the care was top notch. As a professional who has to sit a lot, my sciatica was flared up and the pain from this was lessened after 2 adjustments. After careful consideration for invasive low back treatment, I am going an alternative route by returning to this office based on my recent visits. Thank you.
