I used Troy for a new water heater install years ago. Today, my pipes were frozen and I had no water . I reached out to Troy for help after other companies scheduled me days out from now. Troy quickly talked me through the problem and realized I wasn't frozen inside my house but at the meter. He instructed me to call the city to take care of the meter. I had water in an hour!
