After having had a terrible experience with the big green credit union that delayed our new home build for a year, a coworker recommended Bryson Smith at The Mortgage Specialists, so we got in touch. Bryson was immediately great to work with. He got us lined up with a much better bank for our construction loan. Bryson stayed in touch all along the process, and when the time came to roll the construction loan into a long-term mortgage, Bryson facilitated that transition.
