Beth is absolutely amazing. I’ve been in treatment with her for 3 months and I see her on a monthly basis. She finds the tight spots and works them out, with just the right pressure. With herself being a cyclist, she knows exactly where our “problem zones” are. Her environment is so comfy and relaxing. I highly highly recommend Beth!
Beth is amazing! She doesn’t just know the human body—she understands it. Her setting is private and relaxing, she’s professional yet caring, tailors the sessions to your needs, and her prices are very reasonable. I always leave feeling renewed and refreshed. Everyone needs at least one session with Beth; I assure you that you’ll make her part of your monthly routine. Just an example; after struggling for months with an ankle injury, pain, stiffness, limited mobility, one session with her brought almost immediate relief. Highly recommend!
Beth is so personable and kind. She assesses where you need the most work each time and tailors her therapy for what your body needs most right now! I just wish she would let me take a nap after the massage. Her new in-home studio is quiet and serene, easy access and private.
