These people have quickly become my Favorite optometrist. They gave me a set of contacts to hold me over after a simple goof up with sample that didn't get sent in mail, nothing but great attitude when I talked to her about it. I wish I would have gotten name of lady who helped me pick my two pair of frames, because She Is Absolutely Fantastic! Patient, kind, BEST customer service I've had yet! Nothing like before. And the eye doctor is seriously my favorite eye doctor, in my life! Always a great experience coming to this EyeMart Express!
I accidentally broke my glasses in half and wanted something affordable to get me by until next year.
Very friendly staff, I forget the name of the gal who helped me, but she was very knowledgeable and gave me a variety of options to fit what I was after! I decided on a pair, she had my prescription in stock, rang me up, I waited for a bit and my glasses were ready in 9 minutes.
All in all a great experience!
