The customer service here has gone from excellent to mediocre. Some of the Gents working should realize that there are other options in town, and giants like Home Depot offer mail order services.

This place is awesome! I shop more here than at the grocery store! I always need something for my house! I needed a new circuit breaker and caulk and got the help and assistance to get the correct part I needed! The folks here are awesome! From lumber to paint... they have whatever you need for your next project or repair!

There aren't too many places to buy building supplies and materials in Challis, Idaho. So, we're fortunate that Allied is such a superb business. The people make the place tick, of course. They are wonderful--each and every one of them. We've never had a bad customer experience in four years there. They always go the extra mile to help everyone out. Plus, they have a great supply line and stuff comes into stock quickly. It's really rare when you can't find whatever you might need. The prices are most excellent considering that the store is basically in the middle of Nowhere, Idaho. They could charge a lot more and people would pay because they basically don't have much choice. However, Allied keeps their prices reasonable and that's a real gift to the people of Challis and Custer County. You won't be disappointed with this business--it's a winner!
