We asked Brad to do a general audit on a house we were looking to purchase. His report was phenomenal. We have no builders background whatsoever but his explanations made sense to us. The visual aids were well organized and easy to navigate. After the inspection Brad remains very helpful after the report is done recommending people to take care of repairs and explaining additional tests the can be done. Thank you Brad!
