I have been going to the Caldwell Eye Associates since 1995 with an initial eye issue. I was a patient of Dr. Kent. Since then have had several associates on my annual. Always a good exam and experience, personnel and Dr. This year in particule, I am most impressed with my Dr and exam. I have had some issue with eye alignment and he did some extra testing to correct, with the prescription the problem. Thank you. It was more than just routine. He listened and heard.
Everyone there made my experience there great with the exception of the gal working up front at the check-in desk, and they do not accept Medicaid to fill prescriptions for eye glasses. I was led to believe that they did accept Medicaid insurance for the exam and for filling the prescription as well.
