Vince and the team do an amazing job..had some hidden water damage in a used camp trailer we purchased. the remo ed the slide out, replaced the floor and had it back to is before our hunt. so happy with the service that we just had them do another repair we needed as well as a new roof barrier added!
TRUST....EXPERTISE....INTEGRITY.....That's what I look for when I search out any type of service company. My wife and I live in AZ and were considering buying a new 5th wheel up near Boise. Before we made the 2 day/1,000 mile trek up there to buy it, I searched for companies that did pre-purchase inspections and RV Integrity had the best online ratings (mostly 5 stars) in that area. Vince did the inspection for us and I was very impressed with the thoroughness, detailed report and pictures that I receive back from him. He not only confirmed that all the systems are in working order, but also found a couple items that the dealer needs to fix for us before we head up there. We can now drive up there to make our purchase with confidence that this unit is in good working condition. I'd highly recommend Vince and RV Integrity to anyone looking for a trustworthy and expert RV service company in the Boise area. I'm hoping that we can find an RV Repair company down here in AZ that's as trustworthy and expert as Vince's company.👍
our. coach had an electronic issue as we were passing through Caldwell. we went to to an rv dealer to get help and ran into Vince, he took time to talk to us,lead us to his shop, did a temp fix, sent us to a nearby rv park for the weekend. Monday he checked on parts. not available in time for our schedule, so he came with a technician made sure we were OK to travel, gave me part numbers to order when we get home. I would recommend Vince for any repairs, honest, reasonable service does what he says . This is the repair shop you always wanted to find
