Our experience with Right Now Heating and Air has been phenomenal. Our Technician, Hank Klinger, was very professional and thorough as well as personable. He let me see everything and was honest. I am an engineer on semiconductor equipment and would know if he was otherwise. He laid out all of our options and did not pressure for one over the other, just let us decide what was best for us at this time. We are getting the refurb kit for both our furnaces. Noah was absolutely fantastic! He did an outstanding job tuning my HVAC. He was very polite and happily answered all of my questions and actually referred me for a followup appointment to get my ducts cleaned and air purification unit installed (which I am getting done on Wednesday). Great company and awesome employees!!!
Brian was awesome. He was timely, removed our old faucet and installed the new one perfectly. He was personable and I never felt “sold” on unnecessary repairs, like many others do at competitors. I hope that we don’t need any plumbing repairs anytime in the near future but, if we do, I hope it’s Brian that helps us every time.
